Bigi Jackson, who went by Blanket until his name change in 2015, made a rare public appearance on October 10, 2024. He was dressed casually in a faded gray Avengers T-shirt paired with green athletic shorts, black sneakers, and white crew socks.

Michael reportedly aimed for a grand “Lion King” moment. He was showing Bigi to fans outside his Berlin hotel window after receiving requests from them as they wanted to catch a glimpse of his newborn son. This act drew widespread reproach for putting his child at risk.

Among Michael’s children, Bigi faced the greatest difficulty in coping with his father’s passing. He seemed particularly lost and deeply affected by the loss, struggling more than his siblings. Still, a family insider shared that Michael’s children carry on with their lives as if he is always watching over them.

As per another family friend, Michael Jackson’s sons, Bigi and Prince found solace in each other as best friends who bond over their love for science and science fiction.
