Over the years, the actors have undergone noticeable physical changes, sparking reactions from online critics. Fans have taken to X to share their observations of Joey.
One individual penned, “Wow, Joey Lawrence is unrecognizable!” Someone else said, “[…] His face kinda scares me. That’s what too much plastic surgery will do for you.”
One person added, “Joey Lawrence’s surgery has taken its toll.” “Joey Lawrences looks plastic!” exclaimed another. “Really, Joey? Omg,” commented one user. While some people claimed Joey looks different than before, others discussed his baldness.

Their financial struggles were so severe that they resorted to selling personal items online and in second-hand stores. They were $18,000 in the red each month. Joey, who has three daughters, filed for divorce in 2020 after 15 years of marriage.
The singer wed again in 2022 to actress Samantha Cope at the Temecula Creek Inn in Temecula, California. They exchanged wedding vows in front of friends and family.
However, after two years of marriage, Samantha filed for divorce in August 2024. She is reportedly seeking sole physical custody of their 19-month-old daughter, Dylan.
